Discreet Packaging
Shop377A strongly advocates for personal privacy; we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes. The only identifying marks are your mailing details. The name “Shop377A” does not appear anywhere outside your package.
Every order leaves our warehouse in plain, anonymous packaging. It might look slightly bland compared to other sites, but it’s discreet.
We'll include a phone number on the mailing label if the courier company requires it. Otherwise, we'll leave that field completely blank as an additional precaution.

Same Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery option for all orders in Singapore.
For same-day delivery requests, please ensure that your order is placed by 2pm on weekdays, as these are the cut-off times for this service.
Please be aware that we do not provide same-day delivery on weekends and public holidays.
Standard Shipping
In most cases, orders are processed to be shipped on the same day, depending on the time of the day the courier does their daily pick-ups. Under normal circumstances, the delivery will take 2 to 3 working days or as fast as the next working day.

International Shipping Costs
We are proud to offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for orders valued above SGD $200.
For orders valued below $200, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Kindly be informed that the 'PayNow' option is exclusively available for orders within Singapore.
For international orders, we kindly request that you select the PayPal option during checkout.
Preorder Items & Shipping Policies
If one of your items is preordered, it will be shipped separately later via standard shipping, and you will not be charged extra. We cannot ship free or preorder items by same-day delivery. This is noted in your Order Status online. If you choose a same-day delivery option and none of the items in your order were shipped via that method, we will refund you the difference.

Can I track my order?
For Singapore-based customers using our same-day delivery options, tracking availability depends on the courier company handling your order. If tracking is not provided, please contact our customer service for an estimated delivery time. Delivery is typically completed within 4 to 6 hours.

Products are shipped in non-descript envelopes and boxes with only your address and contact number (to assist the courier with a smooth delivery) on the shipping label.
Why can’t I select the Same Day delivery for shipping?
Same-day delivery is provided solely for deliveries in Singapore only.
When will my order be shipped?
All same-day delivery orders are shipped on the same day if your order is received by 2pm on weekdays. There is no same-day delivery on weekends and PH. Standard delivery orders (Qxpress) are shipped within 24 hours.
